1、 Installation of air compressor
The installation of air compressors requires selecting the appropriate equipment installation location based on the user's on-site usage situation, building a suitable air compressor room, ensuring a clean ventilation environment and normal operation of the air compressor, and then installing the air compressor according to the customer's needs. The entire process is connected and energy-saving air pipelines are used. Add cables to reinforce equipment stability.
2、 Debugging sequence of air compressor
According to the power and displacement that meet the customer's gas requirements, unload and operate the compressor while loading.
To ensure the normal operation of these points of the air compressor, the general power frequency pressure is adjusted to 0.6-0.8Mpa, the loading pressure of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor is 0.6MPa, the loading pressure is 0.8Map, and the constant pressure is 0.7Mpa; The above are standard settings, and the specific gas usage plan should be developed according to the user's needs.
3、 Observation of Air Compressor Operation
Debugging completed, observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the operation of the air compressor, and solve them on site. There is usually no problem, after all, it is a new machine. Observe whether there is any abnormal noise during the operation of the host and motor, and adjust the tension of the belt accordingly; Observe if the frequency conversion data of the variable frequency air compressor is normal and if the wiring terminals are securely fastened. Further operation is required.
4、 Air compressor signature
Adjust the air compressor according to the user's requirements, debug the air compressor to meet the customer's production needs, sign and confirm the acceptance, and conduct on-site inspection and maintenance according to the planned fixed time cycle.
